Our involvement in the civil works and screen replacement project for a national quarry exemplifies our expertise in managing complex industrial projects. Acting as the organizing contractor for concrete works during the civil phase, we facilitated the demobilization of the existing screen structure and meticulously executed the fabrication, painting, and hot-dip galvanizing of its replacement components. These included critical elements such as head chutes, discharge chutes, underpans, supports/bracing, platforms, handrails, and stairs. Following fabrication, our team seamlessly coordinated the delivery, installation, and mobilization of the new screen, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. This project underscores our commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique requirements of our clients in the industrial sector.
